摘 要:轮回杂交是一种广泛应用于动植物繁育的一种杂交方法。国内在规模化猪场采用轮回杂交生产父母代母猪的方式还是近十来年开始推广应用的,但采用这种技术培育父母代母猪的猪场也还是极少数。笔者早在2006年就开始在鄂东地区进行生猪轮回杂交的试验和应用。十几年的应用实践证明:采用轮回杂交来生产父母代母猪方法可行,具有扩繁速度快、育种成本低及减少因频繁引种带来的疾病风险等特点,且在繁殖性能、生长速度、瘦肉率和胴体品质等方面的经济性能与长大二元母猪不相上下,得到了推广场老板、技术人员及用户的一致好评。笔者认为,生猪轮回杂交技术的应用前景十分看好,尤其是对因引种引起的“猪繁殖与呼吸综合征、非洲猪瘟”等传染病的防控意义重大。文章以鄂东某猪场为例,谈谈生猪轮回杂交技术的应用实践及前景分析。Rotational crossing is widely used in animal and plant crossbreeding.In the past 10 years,this technique has got applied in large pig farms to produce parental sows,but merely in a small scale.We started the experiment and application of this technique as early as 2006 in the eastern area of Hubei province.Experiences from the past ten of years have proven the feasibility and advantages of applying rotational crossing in producing parental sows.With this technique,the propagation speed increases,the breeding cost decreases,and the disease risk caused by frequent introduction gets reduced.Moreover,the sows produced with this technique are by no means inferior to the sows crossed by the two pure breeds of Landrace-Yorkshire in terms of reproductive performance,growing speed,lean meat rate,and carcass quality,which won the high praises from practitioners,technicians,and customers.We think the future of rotational crossing in pig breeding is promising.Specifi cally,it greatly matters to the prevention and control of infectious diseases caused by introduction,such as porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome and African swine fever.In this paper,we discussed the application practice and future of pig rotational crossing in reference to a pig farm in eastern Hubei.
