摘  要:针对某焦化厂6 m顶装焦炉蓄热室工艺状况,结合炉体保护,分析了蓄热室格子砖更换的技术要点和施工程序。更换后,蓄热室平均阻力大幅降低,实现吨焦炼焦耗热降低0.42 GJ,提高了生产稳定性;解决了高炉煤气泄漏的问题,消除了生产中存在的安全隐患。In view of the process status of the regenerator of a 6 m top charging coke oven in a coking plant and combined with the furnace body protection,the technical points and construction procedures for the replacement of lattice bricks in the regenerator are ana⁃lyzed.After replacement,the average resistance of regenerator has been greatly reduced.The heat consumption of coking per ton of coke is reduced by 0.42 GJ.The production stability is improved,the problem of blast furnace gas leakage is solved and the potential safety haz⁃ards in production are eliminated.
