不锈钢深加工项目环境影响评价要点分析

摘　　要：随着我国工业化进程的推进,市场对钢铁业的要求越来越高,我国无缝钢管行业起步于1952年,经历了数十年的发展,已经成为全球最大的无缝钢管生产国。但与此同时,我国无缝钢管行业的生产,也给周边带来一些环境问题,因此,必须对其环境影响进行科学评价。本文根据无缝钢管冷轧加工污染物特点,明确项目环境影响评价过程各环境要素的评价要点,并提出合理、可行的污染防治措施。With the advancement of China’s industrialization,the market has higher and higher requirements for the iron and steel industry.China’s seamless steel pipe industry started in 1952.After decades of development,it has become the largest seamless steel pipe producer in the world.However,at the same time,the production of seamless steel pipe industry in China also brings some environmental problems to the surrounding areas.Therefore,its environmental impact must be scientifi cally evaluated.According to the characteristics of pollutants in cold rolling of seamless steel pipe,this paper defi nes the evaluation points of various environmental elements in the process of environmental impact assessment of the project,and puts forward reasonable and feasible pollution prevention and control measures.
