摘  要:在珠江广州河段下游,通过多种采样方式(拖网采、桶采、泵采)采集微塑料样品,经过筛分、浮选、消解等前处理过程,按比例选取一定量的样品进行检测。主要运用傅里叶红外显微技术,同时结合体视显微镜、ATR(衰减全反射)技术、全扫描反射模式、颗粒物向导软件功能等手段,统计出微塑料的数量、尺寸、材质,计算出微塑料丰度。在现有内河地表水微塑料检测手段上进行尝试探索、总结提升,为珠江广州河段下游微塑料检测补充数据,为地表水微塑料检测方法验证提供依据。In the lower reaches of Guangzhou reach of the Pearl River,microplastic samples are collected by various sampling methods(trawl mining,barrel mining and pump mining).After pre-treatment processes such as screening,flotation and digestion,a certain amount of samples are selected for detection in proportion.Fourier infrared microscopy is mainly used,combined with stereomicroscope and ATR(attenuated total refl ection)technology,full scan refl ection mode,particle guide software function and other means to count the quantity,size and material of micro plastics and calculate the abundance of micro plastics.Try to explore,summarize and improve the existing detection methods of microplastics in inland surface water,so as to supplement the data for the detection of micro plastics in the lower reaches of Guangzhou reach of the Pearl River and provide the basis for the verifi cation of surface water microplastics detection methods.
