摘  要:随着《环境影响评价技术导则土壤环境(试行)》(HJ964-2018)于2019年7月1日开始实施,土壤环境影响评价逐步被重视。本文以某化工企业为研究对象,采用HJ964-2018附录E的预测方法预测正常工况下大气沉降产生的最大累积影响和事故工况下罐区物料垂直入渗对土壤环境的影响范围,并提出土壤防控措施、跟踪监测计划,以期为同类型土壤环境影响评价工作提供参考。With the Implementation of Technical Guidelines for Environmental Impact Assessment Soil Environment(Trial)(HJ964-2018) on July 1, 2019, soil environmental impact assessment has been paid more and more attention. Taking a chemical enterprise as the research object, this paper uses the prediction method in Appendix E of HJ964-2018 to predict the maximum cumulative impact of atmospheric sedimentation under normal working conditions and the impact range of vertical infiltration of tank farm materials on soil environment under accident working conditions, and puts forward soil prevention and control measures and tracking monitoring plan. It is expected to provide reference for the environmental impact assessment of the same type of soil.
