可调压腰大池-腹腔分流与脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨可调压腰大池-腹腔分流与脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水的应用价值。方法选择2016年1月至2020年1月我科室收治52例脑积水患者为观察对象,按随机数字表法随机分为两组,每组26例,试验组患者给予可调压腰大池-腹腔分流术治疗,对照组给予脑室-腹腔分流术治疗,对比两组治疗总效率、并发症出现概率。结果试验组脑积水患者治疗总效率为96.15%,对照组脑积水患者治疗总效率为92.31%,对比无统计学意义(P>0.05);试验组脑积水患者并发症出现概率为0%,对照组脑积水患者并发症出现概率为15.38%,对比有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论可调压腰大池-腹腔分流与脑室-腹腔分流术治疗脑积水效果相当,但可调压腰大池-腹腔分流术安全性更高。Objective To explore the application value of adjustable lumbar cistern-peritoneal shunt and ventricular-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocephalus.Methods From January 2016 to January 2020,52 patients with hydrocephalus who were admitted to our department were selected as the observation subjects,and they were randomly divided into groups,with 26 cases in each group.Patients in the experimental group were given adjustable lumbar cistern-peritoneal shunt for treatment.The control group was given ventricular-peritoneal shunt for treatment.The total treatment efficiency and the probability of complications were compared between the two groups.Results The total treatment efficiency of patients with hydrocephalus in the experimental group was 96.15%,and the total treatment efficiency of patients with hydrocephalus in the control group was 92.31%.The comparison between groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05);the probability of complications in the patients with hydrocephalus in the experimental group was 0,and the probability of complications in the patients with hydrocephalus in the control group was 15.38%.The comparison was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Adjustable lumbar cistern-peritoneal shunt has the same effect as ventricular-peritoneal shunt in the treatment of hydrocephalus,but adjustable lumbar cistern-abdominal shunt has a higher safety.
