摘　　要：目的探讨Herbert钉对Lisfranc损伤患者的应用效果及功能恢复的影响。方法遴选2016年12月至2019年12月我院收治的44例Lisfranc损伤患者,将其随机分为两组,每组各22例。观察组接受Herbert钉固定;对照组采用普通皮质骨螺钉固定。两组患者刀口愈合后采用中药活血止痛散熏洗改善症状,主要比较两组患者术后AOFAS评分、VAS评分及优良率。结果经过系统治疗后,观察组患者术后6个月AOFAS评分为(91.43±3.55)分,高于对照组的(75.36±3.46)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月VAS评分为(1.92±0.65)分,低于对照组的(2.89±0.71)分,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组术后6个月功能优良率为90.91%,高于对照组的63.64%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Herbert钉相对于皮质骨螺钉固定方式对于改善Lisfranc损伤患者术后功能情况有更为有效的结果。Objective To investigate the effect of Herbert screw on the application and functional recovery of Lisfranc injury patients.Methods A total of 44 Lisfranc injury patients admitted to our hospital from December 2016 to December 2019 were selected and randomly divided into two groups,with 22 cases in each group.The observation group received Herbert screw fixation.The control group received ordinary cortical bone screw fixation.After the incision healed,the two groups of patients were treated with traditional Chinese medicine Huoxue Zhitong San to improve their symptoms.The postoperative AOFAS score,VAS score and excellent and good rate were compared between the two groups.Results After systemic treatment,the AOFAS score at 6 months after surgery(91.43±3.55)points in the observation group was higher than the score of the control group(75.36±3.46)points,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS score(1.92±0.65)points of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(2.89±0.71)points at 6 months after the operation,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The excellent and good function rate at 6 months after the operation was 90.91%,higher than that of the control group(63.64%),which was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with cortical screw fixation,Herbert screw has more effective results in improving the postoperative function of patients with Lisfranc injury.
