摘　　要：目的观察玉屏风散加味对气虚易感人群免疫功能的影响。方法选取2018年12月至2019年12月宁波市中医院治未病中心门诊就诊的气虚易感人群86例作为研究对象,予玉屏风散加味治疗,采用自身前后对照方法,观察治疗前后血清IgA、IgG、IgM以及T淋巴细胞亚群变化、中医证候及气虚质积分变化情况。结果因剔除及脱落3例,最终纳入研究的患者共计83例。治疗后患者血清IgA、IgG、IgM及血清CD3^(+)、CD4^(+)、CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T淋巴细胞水平均较治疗前显著提高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);治疗后患者血清CD8+T淋巴细胞、中医证候积分及气虚质积分较治疗前有显著下降,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);在治疗过程中,所有患者均未出现任何不良反应。结论玉屏风散加味通过提高患者免疫功能,改善气虚易感人群的临床症状和气虚体质,从而提高临床疗效。Objective To observe the effect of Yupingfeng Powder on the immune function of people susceptible to qi deficiency.Methods A total of 86 cases of qi deficiency susceptible population who visited the outpatient clinic of the Preventive Treatment of Disease Center in Ningbo Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from December 2018 to December 2019 were selected as the research objects.The patients were given Yupingfeng Powder Jiawei.The pre-and post-control method was used to observe serum IgA,IgG,IgM,and T lymphocyte subgroup changes,changes in TCM syndromes,and qi deficiency physique scores before and after treatment.Results A total of 83 patients were finally included in the study due to the elimination and dropout of 3 cases.After treatment,the serum levels of IgA,IgG,IgM and serum CD3^(+),CD4^(+),CD4^(+)/CD8^(+)T lymphocytes were significantly higher than those before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).After treatment,the serum CD8+T lymphocytes,TCM syndrome score of the patients and the physique score of patients with qi deficiency decreased significantly compared with before treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).During the treatment,all patients did not experience any adverse reactions.Conclusion Yupingfeng Powder Jiawei improves the immune function of patients,improves the clinical symptoms and the constitution of qi deficiency of people who are susceptible to qi deficiency,thereby improving clinical efficacy.
