摘　　要：改革开放以来,我国社会阶级阶层悄然嬗变,从原有的“两阶级一阶层”中裂变新生出了非公有制经济人士和新的社会阶层,阶级阶层的地位和关系也随之发生变化。阶级阶层变化使统一战线的工作范围、工作内容、工作方式和队伍建设面临新的挑战,也对新时代统一战线工作的开展提出了新的要求。新时代统战工作应树立新的统战理念;推动统战工作组织化,最大程度团结社会力量;推动统战工作核心化,最大范围凝聚社会共识;推动统战工作常态化,提升统战工作效能,在不断适应阶级阶层变化的过程中形成独特的统战工作模式。Since the reform and opening up,the social class stratum of our country has quietly evolved,that is the non-public economic personage and the new social class has splited away from the original"two classes and one stratum",and the status and relations of the class stratum has also changed correspondingly.The evolution of class stratum makes work scope,work content,work mode and team building of the United front face new challenges,and also puts forward new requirements for the development of the United front work in the new period.In order to do the work of United front well in era we should set up a new concept;promote the organization and unite social forces at utmost;promote the coreization and gather social consensus to the greatest extent;promote the normalization of United front work,so as to form a unique United front work model in the process of adapting to the evolution of class stratum in the new era.
