摘  要:在以就业为导向的高职院校中,基于人才市场职业岗位分析,确定人才培养目标,建设创新性课程体系,是应用型人才培养的思路和方向。以高职市场营销专业为例,从职业岗位分析入手,围绕学生职业素质和岗位能力培养,对市场营销专业课程体系的创新性建设进行研究,以期提高市场营销专业的人才培养质量,提升专业就业率和对口率。In employment-oriented vocational colleges and universities, based on the analysis of vocational posts in the talent market, determining talent training goals and building an innovative curriculum system are the ideas and directions for application-oriented talent training. It takes the marketing major of higher vocational education as an example, starts with the analysis of professional positions, focuses on the students’ professional quality and job ability training, and conducts research on the innovative construction of the marketing major curriculum system, with a view to improving the quality of talent training for marketing majors and increasing the professional employment rate and counterparty rate.
