摘 要:采用酸碱法提取鸭毛再生角蛋白(FK),将FK、聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)与不同质量分数的2-甲基咪唑锌盐(ZIF-8)纳米颗粒混合后进行静电纺丝,探讨ZIF-8纳米颗粒添加量对所得静电纺材料形貌的影响。结果表明:ZIF-8的加入显著降低了静电纺纤维的直径与纤维膜的孔径,添加质量分数为20%的ZIF-8纳米颗粒时,所得纤维平均直径最小,为1.00μm;添加质量分数为10%的ZIF-8纳米颗粒时,所得纤维膜的孔径最小,且孔径分布集中。此外,角蛋白还表现出优良的甲醛降解能力,从而导致角蛋白基静电纺丝纤维材料在空气净化领域具有良好的应用前景。The recycled duck hair keratin(FK) was extracted by the acid-base method, and mixed with polyvinylpyrrolidone(PVP) and 2-methylimidazole zinc salt(ZIF-8) nanoparticles for electrospinning. The effects of ZIF-8 nanoparticles addition amount on the morphology of the electrospinning materials were investigated. The results showed that the addition of ZIF-8 significantly reduced the diameter of the electrostatic spinning fiber and the pore size of the electrostatic spinning fiber membrane. When the mass fraction of ZIF-8 was 20%, the average diameter of the electrostatic spinning fiber was the smallest, which was 1.00 μm. When ZIF-8 with 10% mass fraction was added, the pore size of the fiber membrane was the smallest and the pore size distribution was concentrated. In addition, keratin also showed excellent formaldehyde degradation ability, so keratin based electrostatic spinning fiber material had a good application prospect in the field of air purification.
