摘 要:紧密纺纱线通常应用于服装产品的加工中。基于加工技术和成本效益的考量,要求纱线具有良好的表面特性,如表观形态好、摩擦小、光泽度高、耐磨性好,并且具有一定的回潮率。对紧密纺纱线的不同特性进行评估。将两种不同的粗纱分别喂入不同的紧密纺系统——立达紧密纺系统(R系统)﹑绪森紧密纺系统(S系统)和德昌紧密纺系统(D系统)进行纺纱,所得紧密纺纱线表现出不同的性能特征。其中,R系统纺制的纱线短毛羽较多、摩擦较低,D系统纺出的纱线具有很好的加工性能,如较强的耐磨性,且毛羽较少。对这3种纱线的特征展开描述和比较。Compact yarns mainly find applications in the apparel and fashion industry.From the techno-economical perspective,these applications demand the yarns to possess very good surface characteristics such as fine appearance,less friction,high luster,very good abrasion resistance,and certain moisture relations.This study has been carried out to assess the different characteristics of the compact yarns.Here,the yarns manufactured on different compact spinning system include Rieter(System R),Suessen(System S)and De-Chang(System D)with 2 different fed hanks were compared.The different yarn samples manufactured were found to possess peculiar and different properties.System R yarn excels in terms of comfort due to the high value of short hairs,low friction etc.,whereas System D yarn can be said to possess very good process ability particulars due to its high abrasion resistance,low hairiness values.The yarns are thus characterized accordingly.
