摘　　要：文中阐述美国国有林经营规划中公众参与的现状及法律基础,详述美国进行国有林经营规划过程中公众参与的相关考虑因素、参与对象、参与途径及步骤等,总结其公众参与的特点,提出对我国进行国有林经营规划过程中加强公众参与的启示:1)健全公众参与国有林经营规划的法律法规;2)扩展公众参与途径;3)完善国有林经营规划的公众监督机制;4)提高公众对国有林经营规划的认知。This paper expounds the current situation and legal basis of public participation in national forest management planning in the United States,details the relevant considerations,participants,ways and steps of public participation in the process of national forest management planning in the United States,and summarizes the characteristics of public participation,then the enlightenment of strengthening public participation in the process of national forest management planning in China is put forward:1)Improve the laws and regulations of public participation in national forest management planning;2)Expand public participation channels;3)Improve the public supervision mechanism of national forest management plans;4)Cultivate public awareness of national forest management plans.
