摘　　要：针对国家管网CDP-S-NGP-PL-006—2019-4《天然气管道工程钢管技术规格书》新标准对焊管无损检测提出的新要求,从钢管焊缝中间区域串列探伤的具体要求、超声波自动探伤对比样管的制作以及串列式检测工作原理等方面,对新标准进行了分析和研究,同时对串列式超声波自动探伤系统的应用效果进行了验证。验证结果表明,串列式超声波自动探伤可有效保证大厚壁直缝埋弧焊管焊缝内部全厚度区域的100%扫查,从而提高超声波自动探伤的工作效率并保证了钢管质量。In view of the improvement of the requirements for nondestructive testing of welded pipes in the new standard of national pipe network CDP-S-NGP-PL-006—2019-4 Technical Specification of Steel Pipe for Gas Pipeline Project,the new standard is analyzed and studied from the aspects of the specific requirements for serial flaw detection in the middle area of steel pipe welds,the fabrication of comparison sample tubes for ultrasonic automatic flaw detection and the working principle of tandem inspection.At the same time,the application effect of tandem ultrasonic automatic flaw detection system is verified.The verification results show that the tandem ultrasonic automatic flaw detection can effectively ensure 100%scanning of the full thickness area in the weld of large thick wall longitudinal submerged arc welded pipe,so as to improve the working efficiency of ultrasonic automatic flaw detection and ensure the quality of steel pipe.
