摘  要:为了提高SA-537 CL2碳锰硅钢的焊接质量,在对SA-537 CL2钢的化学成分及焊接性进行分析的基础上,采用埋弧焊焊接方法,选择力学性能匹配的埋弧焊丝/焊剂进行了焊接工艺评定试验。考虑到设备壁厚以及大直径封头拼缝热成型情况,焊接工艺评定试板分别进行了焊后热处理和淬火+回火+焊后热处理,并对焊接接头进行了理化性能试验。试验结果显示,经淬火+回火+焊后热处理的焊接接头抗拉强度、冲击功、硬度等性能下降。微观组织分析表明,组织中有大的块状铁素体析出,也是导致接头性能下降的主要原因。针对实际焊接过程中出现的热影响区冲击功波动的情况,在后期项目板材采购时,通过提高SA-537 CL2钢的镍含量,可保证焊接接头冲击性能的稳定性得到改善。In order to improve the welding quality of SA-537 CL2 carbon manganese silicon steel,based on the analysis of the chemical composition and weldability of SA-537 CL2 steel,the submerged arc welding method was adopted,and the submerged arc welding wire/flux with matching mechanical properties was selected for the welding procedure qualification test.Considering the equipment wall thickness and the hot forming of butt joint of large-diameter head,the welding procedure qualification test plate was subjected to post weld heat treatment and quenching+tempering+post weld heat treatment respectively,and the physical and chemical properties of the welded joint were tested.The test results show that the tensile strength,impact energy and hardness of the welded joint after quenching+tempering+post weld heat treatment decrease.Microstructure analysis shows that there is large precipitation of massive ferrite in the microstructure,which is the main reason for the decline of joint properties.In view of the fluctuation of impact energy in heat affected zone in actual product welding,the stability of impact performance of welded joints was improved by increasing the nickel content of SA-537 CL2 steel during plate purchase in later projects.
