摘 要:针对螺旋焊管生产线钢管辊道输送手动控制方式存在的劳动强度大、工作效率低的问题,分析了辊道输送的自动控制流程,在多段辊道上合理布置电感式传感器,通过PLC实现辊道输送的自动分段控制,同时采用无线射频识别装置读取钢管信息,实现钢管信息在自动控制程序和生产管理系统的自动传递。生产运行结果表明,该系统实现了钢管在精整区域各工序间的自动交互控制,减少了人工介入环节,提高了钢管输送效率,降低了设备能耗。Aiming at the problems of high labor intensity and low work efficiency in the manual control mode of steel pipe roller transmission in spiral welded pipe production line,the automatic control process of roller transmission is analyzed.Inductive sensors on multi-stage roller is reasonably arranged,the automatic segmented control of roller transmission through PLC are realized,and radio frequency identification device to read the steel pipe information is used,which realize the automatic transmission of steel pipe information in automatic control program and production management system.The producing operation shows that the system realizes the automatic interactive control of each process in the finishing area,reduces the artificial intervention,improves the efficiency of SAWH pipe transmission and reduces the equipment energy consumption.
