招投标行业新常态下工程招投标与合同管理课程教学改革初探

摘　　要：近年来,随着云计算、大数据、5G、人工智能、物联网等数字科技的裂变发展,数字经济正在全球迅速崛起,影响着各行各业的发展方向,建筑市场与招投标行业也已进入了新常态,对行业新技术的应用能力提出了较高要求。为使学生具备利用行业新技术进行工程招投标与合同管理的能力,工程招投标与合同管理课程应增加电子招投标与BIM招投标相关能力的培养。同一项目不同知识能力的有效迁移与整合,有利于学生全过程项目管理能力的整体培养。In recent years,with the radical change and development of digital technologies such as cloud computing,big data,5G,artificial intelligence,and the Internet of Things,the digital economy is rising rapidly around the world,affecting the development direction of various industries.Therefore,the construction market and bidding industry have also entered a new normal which put forward higher requirements for the application ability of new technology in the industry.In order to enable students to have the ability of engineering bidding and contract management by using new technology of the industry,courses on engineering bidding and contract management should increase the training of electronic bidding and BIM bidding related abilities.The effective transfer and integration of different knowledge and abilities in the same project is conducive to the overall cultivation of students'project management ability in the whole process.
