摘　　要：目的优选荆防感冒口服液挥发油提取工艺。方法以浸泡时间、料液比、回流时间为考察因素,挥发油总量及胡薄荷酮含量为考察指标,并进行综合评分;采用单因素试验和星点设计-响应面法优选荆防感冒口服液挥发油提取工艺。结果最佳的提取工艺为:加入10倍量水,浸泡0.5 h,水蒸气蒸馏提取3 h。结论优选的最佳提取工艺,简单可行。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of volatile oil of JingFang GanMao oral liquid.METHODS Soaking time,solid-liquid ratio and reflux time were used as the factors,and the total volatile oil and the content of pulegone were used as the indexes.The extraction process of volatile oil was optimized by single factor test and centroid design-response surface methodology.RESULTS The optimal extraction process was as follows:adding 10 times the amount of water,soaking for 0.5 h,and steam distillation for 3 h.CONCLUSION The optimized extraction process is simple and feasible.
