摘 要:目的建立法半夏UPLC特征图谱方法,采用正交试验设计对法半夏的炮制工艺进行优化。方法选取浸泡天数、干燥时间、干燥温度为法半夏炮制主要因素,采用L_(9)(3^(4))因素水平表,以各炮制品中的特征图谱单位重量总特征峰峰面积为指标,对法半夏炮制工艺进行优选研究。结果结合生产经验及经济性,法半夏最佳炮制工艺参数为浸泡6天、70℃干燥、干燥20 h。结论建立了法半夏的UPLC特征图谱,该方法简单、可靠,可用于鉴别法半夏的质量;并以特征图谱为半定量指标,优选了法半夏炮制工艺,为法半夏的大生产炮制工艺提供了参考。OBJECTIVE The UPLC characteristic Atlas of Rhizoma Pinelliae was established,and the processing technology of Rhizoma Pinelliae was optimized by orthogonal design.METHODS The main factors of processing Pinellia ternata were the soaking days,drying time and drying temperature.The processing technology of Pinellia ternata was optimized by using L_(9)(3^(4))factor level table and taking the total characteristic peak area per unit weight of the characteristic atlas as the index.RESULTS Combined with production experience and economy,the best processing parameters of Pinellia ternata were soaking for 6 days,drying at 70℃and drying for 20 hours.CONCLUSION The UPLC characteristic Atlas of Rhizoma Pinelliae was established.The method was simple and reliable,and could be used to identify the quality of Rhizoma Pinelliae.The processing technology of Rhizoma Pinelliae was optimized by using the characteristic atlas as the semi quantitative index,which provided a reference for the large-scale processing technology of Rhizoma Pinelliae.
