摘  要:目的优化穿破石多糖提取工艺优化并评价其抗氧化活性。方法通过正交试验,优化了穿破石多糖的提取工艺。以维生素C为阳性对照,考察穿破石多糖清除DPPH自由基、·OH的能力。结果穿破石多糖最佳提取工艺为提取温度75℃,提取时间50 min,料液比1∶45,多糖提取率为4.93%。多糖对清除DPPH·和·OH的EC_(50_分别为0.917 mg·mL^(-1)和0.984 mg·mL^(-1)。结论优化了穿破石多糖的提取工艺,其多糖对DPPH·和·OH具有良好的清除能力。OBJECTIVE To optimize the extraction process of polysaccharides from Radix maclurae and evaluate its antioxidant activity.METHODS Through orthogonal test,the extraction process of Radix maclurae polysaccharide was optimized.Taking vitamin C as a positive control,the ability of Radix maclurae polysaccharides to remove DPPH and·OH was investigated.RESULTS The best extraction process of Radix maclurae polysaccharides was determined to be 75℃for extraction temperature,50 min for extraction time,and 1∶45 for solid-liquid ratio,the polysaccharide extraction rate 4.93%.The EC_(50) of polysaccharides to remove DPPH and OH was 0.917 mg·mL^(-1) and 0.984 mg·mL^(-1),respectively.CONCLUSION This study optimizes the extraction process of polysaccharides from Radix maclurae,and its polysaccharides have good ability to remove DPPH and·OH.
