摘　　要：目的建立HPLC法同时测定麝香心脑通片中丹酚酸B、葛根素、淫羊藿苷的含量。方法采用Welch-XBC_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%磷酸为流动相进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为286 nm(丹酚酸B)、250 nm(葛根素)、270 nm(淫羊藿苷),柱温为35℃,流速为1.0 min·mL^(-1)。结果丹酚酸B、葛根素、淫羊藿苷检测质量浓度线性范围分别为96.8~416.24μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9996)、27.90~181.35μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995)、8.76~56.94μg·mL^(-1)(r=0.9995);精密度、稳定性、重复性良好且RSD小于2%;加样回收率分别为94.31%(RSD=1.36%)、105.6%(RSD=0.87%)、94.31%(RSD=1.36%)。结论本方法操作简单、重现性好,专属性强,可有效控制麝香脑心通片质量。OBJECTIVE To estabilish a HPLC Method for simultaneous determination of salvianolic acid B,puerarin and icariin in SheXiang XinNaoTong Tablet.METHODS The analysis of this drug was performed on Welch-XB C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)column and mobile phase was acetonitrile-0.1%phosphoric acid at a flow rate of 1.0 min·mL^(-1),the detection wavelength were 286 nm.(Salvianolic acid B),250 nm(Puerarin)and 270 nm(Icariin),the column temperature was 35℃.RESULTS The linear range were 96.8-416.24μg·mL^(-1)for salvianolic acid B(r=0.9996),27.90-181.35μg·mL^(-1)for puerarin(r=0.9995),and 8.76-56.94μg·mL^(-1)for icariinp(r=0.9995);Reproducibility,precision and stability were good,and standard deviation values were lower than 2%;The recoveries were(RSD=1.36%),105.6%(RSD=0.87%)and 94.31%(RSD=1.36%).CONCLUSION The method is simple,practical and reproducible,it can effectively control the quality of SheXiang XinNaoTong tablets.
