摘　　要：目的对我院注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ的使用情况进行分析干预,为临床安全合理用药提供参考。方法通过对使用该药病例数排名前十四位的科室进行随机抽取,共703例,分别为2019年1~6月(干预前)487例、2019年7~9月(干预后)216例,从患者的年龄,性别,科室,临床诊断,联合用药等方面进行分析评价。结果703例患者中,男性多于女性;年龄61~70岁居首位;临床使用适应症排名前三位的为:肺癌、食管癌、胃癌;使用该药排名靠前的科室为:肿瘤科、放疗科、心胸外科;干预后不合理问题大多均有改善,其中干预效果较好的科室依次为:妇产科、心胸外科、血液科;总的不合理病例数361例,占比51.35%;不合理问题中联合用药问题居首位,占比22.05%。结论经过点评干预,注射用核糖核酸Ⅱ的不合理用药情况改善,临床药师可参照该干预模式,对其他免疫调节药及其他辅助用药进行干预,促进临床用药的安全性、有效性、经济性。OBJECTIVE To analyze and intervene the use of ribonucleic acidⅡfor injection in our hospital,so as to provide reference for clinical safe and rational drug use.METHODS A total of 703 cases were randomly selected from the top 14 departments using the drug,including 487 cases from January to June in 2019(before intervention)and 216 cases from July to September in 2019(after intervention).The patients′age,gender,department,clinical diagnosis and combination of drugs were analyzed and evaluated.RESULTS In 703 patients,male was more than female;the age of 61-70 years old was the first;the top three clinical indications were lung cancer,esophageal cancer and gastric cancer;the top departments of using the drug were oncology,radiotherapy and cardiothoracic surgery;most of the unreasonable problems were improved after the intervention,and the departments with better intervention effect were obstetrics and gynecology,cardiothoracic surgery and hematology;The total number of irrational cases was 361,accounting for 51.35%;among the irrational problems,the combined use of drugs was the first,accounting for 22.05%.CONCLUSION After the intervention,the irrational use of ribonucleic acidⅡfor injection has been improved.Clinical pharmacists can refer to the intervention mode to intervene other immunomodulatory drugs and other auxiliary drugs,so as to promote the safety,effectiveness and economy of clinical medication.
