摘　　要：目的了解我院门急诊处方合理性,促进临床合理用药。方法抽取我院2020年1月~12月门急诊处方共77091张,由我院临床药师对其进行处方点评。结果不合理处方1057张,不合理处方比例1.37%,不合理处方主要包括:药品的剂量、单位等书写不规范;临床诊断书写不全;药物用法、用量不适宜及遴选的药品不适宜等。结论我院门急诊处方合理性还存在一些不足。应充分利用药师的专业技能,加强处方审核,督促医生合理用药,确保患者用药安全。OBJECTIVE To investigate the rationality of outpatient and emergency prescriptions in our hospital and promote clinical rational drug use.METHODS A total of 77091 outpatient and emergency prescriptions from January to December 2020 were randomly selected,and prescription comment was conducted by clinical pharmacist.RESULTS There were 1057 unreasonable prescriptions,and the proportion of unreasonable prescriptions was 1.37%.Unreasonable prescriptions mainly include:nonstandard writing of dose unit;incomplete writing of diagnosis;inappropriate drug usage,dosage and selection,etc.CONCLUSION There are still some deficiencies in the rationality of prescriptions in our hospital.We should utilize the professional skill of pharmacist,strengthen the prescription review,urge doctors to prescribe rationally,and ensure medication safety.
