摘　　要：目的系统性评价中成药治疗新冠肺炎的临床疗效,进一步为新冠肺炎的公共卫生有效干预提供循证依据。方法检索知网等文献资料库自建库起至2021年3月有关中药治疗新冠肺炎的对照研究文献,进行文献资料筛选、提取资料信息与文献质量评价。结果共22篇文献,其中7篇为随机对照研究,15篇为非随机对照研究,共2497例患者纳入本项研究中。Meta结果表明:与纯西医治疗相比,①中西医结合治疗新冠肺炎的临床有效率提高;②转重型概率降低、死亡率降低;③缩短了咳嗽持续时间、发热持续时间、转阴天数、住院天数,不良反应发生率无统计学差异。结论中药联合西医治疗新冠肺炎可有效改善有效率、咳嗽时间、退热时间、转重率、死亡率、转阴时间、住院时间,在不良反应发生率上与纯西医治疗相当。OBJECTIVE To systematically evaluate the clinical efficacy of Chinese patent medicine in the treatment of New Crown Pneumonia(COVID-19),further provides evidence-based basis for effective public health intervention of New Crown Pneumonia.METHODS Up to March 2021,the literature on the treatment of COVID-19 was searched.The document selection,extraction of information and document quality evaluation were performed.RESULTS There were 22 articles,7 of which were randomized controlled studies and 15 were non-randomized controlled studies.A total of 2497 patients were included in this study.Meta analysis showed that:Compared with pure Western medicine,clinical efficiency of COVID-19 with Western Medicine was improved,the probability of disease exacerbation and mortality were reduced.Cough duration,fever duration,time when the virus turns negative,days of hospitalization were shortened.Adverse reactions had no statistically different.CONCLUSION Traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine can effectively improve the effective rate,cough time,antipyretic time.The probability that the disease becomes serious,mortality rate,time when the virus turns negative,hospital stay time,and the adverse reaction is equivalent to that of pure western medicine treatment.
