从门急诊二类精神药品的使用情况浅析医院用药合理性

摘　　要：目的分析我院2017~2019年门急诊二类精神药品的使用情况及合理性,为临床合理用药提供依据。方法采用回顾性分析方法,分析2017~2019年门急诊二类精神药品的消耗量、用药频度(DDDS)等指标。结果2017~2019年我院第二类精神药品用量排名前三为地西泮片、艾司唑仑片、氯硝西泮片等。结论我院2017~2019年第二类精神药品的使用基本合理。OBJECTIVE To investigate the usage and variation tendency of second-class psychotropic substances in Our hospital from 2017 to 2019.In order to provide reference for the rational clinical use of second-class psychotropic substances.METHODS Retrospective analysis was used.To analysis the consumption,frequency of drug use(DDDS)of second-class psychotropic substances from 2017 to 2019.RESULTS The top three consumption quantity of second-class psychotropic substances were Diazepam tablets,Etizolam tablets and Clonazepam tablets.CONCLUSION The use of the second class of psychotropic drugs our hospital was basically reasonable form 2017 to 2019.
