摘  要:于2020年,在福建省沙县水南国有林场的油茶无性系评比试验林中选择3株高产油茶树和3株低产油茶树,采用GC-MS技术开展与油茶产量性状相关的代谢表达谱分析与代谢标记鉴定。研究结果表明:从高产组和低产组代谢表达谱中筛选出2种含量达显著性差异的化合物:角鲨烯的相对含量高产组为4.07%,低产组为35.87%,低产组显著高于高产组(P<0.01);保留时间为17.227 min的化合物A在高产组中相对含量为31.85%,而在低产组中没有检测到。这些代谢表达物可能作为油茶优良无性系选择的代谢标记,为油茶高产品种的选择提供新方法。In 2020,three high yield individuals and three low yield individuals were selected from the clone experimental forest of Camellia oleifera L.in Shuinan State-owned Forest Farm,Shaxian,Fujian Province.The metabolic expression profile analysis and metabolic marker identification related to the yield traits of oil tea were carried out by GC-MS.Results showed that two compounds with significant difference were screened from the metabolic expression profiles between high and low yield group.The relative content of squalene in high yield group was 4.07%,and that in low yield group was 35.87%,which was significantly higher than that in high yield group(P<0.001);the relative content of compound a with retention time of 17.227 min in high yield group was 31.85%,which was not detected in low yield group.These metabolites could be used as metabolic markers for selection of high yield clones of C.oleifera,which may provide a new method for the selection of high yield varieties of C.oleifera.
