福建山樱花初选优株嫁接苗苗期生长分析

摘  要:于2016—2017年,在福建省南平市延平区王台镇新坑村罗源,对53个福建山樱花嫁接无性系1年生苗的苗高和地径的遗传变异规律进行分析。结果表明:无性系苗高介于0.67~2.52 m之间、地径介于5.43~17.63 mm之间,不同无性系间苗高、地径差异均达到极显著水平。苗高的遗传变异系数为24.08%、重复力为72.28%,地径的遗传变异系数为21.65%、重复力为68.34%,生长性状主要受遗传控制。以苗高、地径年生长量为指标,应用加权系数及标准差法,初步选出表现优良的福建山樱花无性系7个(fy35、fy10、fy9、fy39、zx7、fy58、fy49),其苗高、地径遗传增益分别为19.53%、16.45%。From 2016 to 2017,at Luoyuan,Xinkeng Village,Wangtai Town,Yanping District,Nanping City,Fujian Province,the one-year-old seedling height and ground diameter of 53 grafted clones of Cerasus campanulata was were investigated and their genetic variation was analyzed.The results showed that the height of clone seedlings ranged from 0.67 m to 2.52 m and the ground diameter from 5.43 mm to 17.63 mm.The difference of height and ground diameter of clonal seedlings among different clones was highly significant.The genetic variation coefficient of seedling height and soil diameter was 24.08%and 72.28%respectively,and the genetic variation coefficient of ground diameter and repeatability were 21.65%and 68.34%respectively.The growth characteristics were mainly controlled by genetic factors.Taking seedling height and annual growth of ground diameter as indexes,7 clones(fy35、fy10、fy9、fy39、zx7、fy58、fy49)with excellent performance were selected by weighting coefficient and standard deviation method,and the genetic gains of seedling height and ground diameter were 19.53%and 16.45%,respectively.
