摘　　要：本文以MEMS薄膜半导体气敏传感器阵列识别算法为依据,研制一套能够将项目指标要求的易燃物种类与日常干扰物区分,并在达到报警阈值时发出报警信号的样机装置,以期提早发现危险物品,减少经济损失,为国民提供安全幸福的生活环境。Based on the recognition algorithm of MEMS thin film semiconductor gas sensor array,a prototype device which can distinguish the types of flammable substances required by the project index from the daily disturbances and send out alarm signals when the alarm threshold is reached is developed.In order to find dangerous goods early,reduce economic losses and provide a safe and happy living environment for the people.
