摘  要:动态特性是C-25D连续驱动摩擦焊机的重要的加工性能,其对焊接产品的质量有着重要影响。为了得到整机的动态特性,首先在Hyper Mesh软件中建立了C-25D连续驱动摩擦焊机整机有限元模型,然后对其进行了模态分析和谐响应分析。分析结果表明,整机的动态特性良好,满足设计要求。Dynamic characteristics are the important processing performance of C-25 D continuous drive friction welding machine, which has an important influence on the quality of welding products. In order to obtain the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine, the finite element model of the C-25 D continuous drive friction welding machine was first established in the Hyper Mesh software, and then the modal analysis and har monious response analysis were car ried out. The analysis results show that the dynamic characteristics of the whole machine are good and meet the design requirements.
