摘  要:工业领域不同制造环节、不同企业、不同行业间对测控装备单独进行分类和描述、对数据库单独进行设计等导致了"信息孤岛"问题。为提高数据的一致性和互操作性,本文提出了一种面向工业应用的数据字典系统构建方法,包括确定工业仪器仪表语义描述方式、建立对象集、建立适用于智能制造应用的工业仪器仪表分类编码体系、建立典型工业仪器仪表对象属性树、建立属性块、构建所述属性块的关联等。本文所提出的方法是实现互联互通等基础的必要前提,是新一代信息技术与制造技术深度融合的关键性基础。Separate classification and description of measurement and control equipment between different manufacturing links, different enterprises, and different industries in the industrial field, and separate design of databases, have led to the problem of "information islands". In order to improve the consistency and interoperability of data, this paper proposes a method for constructing a data dictionary system for industrial applications, including determining the semantic description method of industrial instrumentation, establishing object sets, and establishing industrial instrumentation classification suitable for intelligent manufacturing applications. Coding system, establishment of a typical industrial instrument and meter object attribute tree, establishment of attribute blocks, establishment of associations of the attribute blocks, etc. The method proposed in this paper is a necessary prerequisite for the realization of interconnection and other foundations, and is the key foundation for the deep integration of new generation information technology and manufacturing technology.
