摘　　要：围绕非洲法郎的功能利弊,各界争论激烈。支持非洲法郎的观点认为,该机制保障了币制稳定,有利于统一市场和吸引外资,并提高货币国际信誉。但批评者认为法郎的稳定以牺牲发展为代价,导致法国一家独大、非洲国家信贷不足、资本外流、主权受损等问题。非洲法郎的前景还有待观察,需要在争取经济独立与保持金融稳定两方面实现平衡。Since the end of the Cold War,there has been growing concern about whether the franc zone mechanism is conducive to stability and development in African countries and how long the Franco-African special monetary relationship can last.Although this monetary mechanism has undergone many amendments in favour of African countries,it has long been a major underlying feature of FrancoAfrican relations,and it is uncertain when it will really end.
