摘　　要：目的:调查急诊经皮冠状动脉介入术(PCI)术后患者Ⅰ期心脏康复完成度并分析其影响因素。方法:选取2020年1月至2021年6月,广州市某三级甲等医院收治的急诊PCI术后参与Ⅰ期心脏康复的患者104例,通过医院病历系统调取患者资料,采用自行设计的调查表进行资料收集。应用单因素分析、多元线性回归分析对患者Ⅰ期心脏康复完成度进行影响因素分析。结果:急诊PCI术后患者Ⅰ期心脏康复完成度为72.74%。多元线性回归分析结果显示,心功能分级、营养等级、PCI术后运动康复危险分层、焦虑水平是心脏康复完成度的影响因素,可解释总变异的41.50%。结论:急诊PCI术后患者Ⅰ期心脏康复的完成度有待提高,临床医护人员应对此给予重视和支持,及时针对影响完成度的因素进行干预,以促进患者高质量地完成心脏康复。Objective: To explore the completion rate of phase Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation program and influencing factors in patients after emergency PCI. Methods: The medical records of 104 patients, who participated in cardiac rehabilitation after emergency PCI from January 2020 to June 2021, were analyzed. Self-designed questionnaire was used to collect data. Single factor analysis and multiple linear regression were used to analyze the influencing factors of cardiac rehabilitation completion after emergency PCI. Results: The average completion rate of cardiac rehabilitation of the patients was 72.74%. Nutrition level, anxiety level, cardiac function level, risk stratification were the influencing factors for the completion rate of cardiac rehabilitation, which could explain 41.50% of the total variation. Conclusion: The completion of stage Ⅰ cardiac rehabilitation in emergency PCI patients needs to be improved. Clinical doctors and nurses should pay more attention to the patients and provide enough support to patients with risk factors, so as to promote patients to complete cardiac rehabilitation with high quality.
