涤纶工业丝油剂的研制和性能评测

摘　　要：以聚乙二醇200双油酸酯和新戊基多元醇油酸酯为组合平滑剂,以脂肪醇嵌段聚醚为乳化剂,以脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯钾盐(MOA-3PK)和石油磺酸钠为复合抗静电剂及以液体石蜡为溶剂,在一定条件下复配调和制备原油型涤纶工业丝油剂NS-5098。将NS-5098油剂与日本竹本油脂公司的F-8011油剂及浙江皇马有限公司的HDG-2146油剂在平滑性、耐热性、抗静电性及纺丝性能等方面进行测试比较,并进行工业试用。结果表明:自制的NS-5098涤纶工业丝油剂的各项性能指标与进口油剂相当,明显优于其他国产油剂;NS-5098油剂能满足涤纶工业丝的生产工艺要求,具有优良的纺丝应用性能。The preparation and performance evaluation of NS-5098 was studied,which was a crude oil type finishes for polyester industrial yarn.It was prepared by using polyethylene glycol 200 dioleic acid ester and neopentyl polyol oleate as combined smoothing agents,fatty alcohol polyoxyethylene ether phosphate potassium salt(MOA-3 PK) and petroleum sodium sulfonate as composite antistatic agents,and liquid paraffin as solvent.NS-5098 was compared with F-8011 made by Takemoto Oil & Fat Co.,Ltd.Japan and HDG-2146 made by Zhejiang Huangma Technology Co.,Ltd.China in the smoothness,antistatic,heat resistance and spinning performance.Then,the industrial trial of finishes for polyester industrial yarn was carried out.Results showed that the performance indexes of the self-made NS-5098 finish for polyester industrial yarn were equivalent to those of the imported finish,which was obviously superior to the domestic oil agent.NS-5098 finish could meet the production process requirements of polyester industrial yarn and had excellent spinning application performance.
