摘 要:采用辛酰氯(C_(8)H_(15)ClO)、月桂酰氯(C_(12)H_(25)ClO)和棕榈酰氯(C_(16)H_(31)ClO)对黄原胶(XG)进行酯化改性,在黄原胶分子上接枝疏水基团。用傅里叶变换红外光谱仪对产物进行表征,研究改性剂配比对黄原胶增稠性和取代度的影响,进一步考察浓度、剪切速率、NaCl浓度、pH和温度等因素对改性黄原胶增稠性的影响,并与未改性黄原胶和卡波TR-2增稠剂进行比较。结果表明:在酰氯与黄原胶摩尔比为0.4∶1时,改性黄原胶具有较好的增稠性能,其中月桂酰氯改性黄原胶的增稠性最好,经月桂酰氯改性的黄原胶在耐盐性、耐温性和耐酸碱性上均有较大提升。Xanthan gum(XG)was esterified by octyl chloride(C_(8)H_(15)ClO),lauroyl chloride(C_(12)H_(25)ClO)and palmitoyl chloride(C_(16)H_(31)ClO),and in this way hydrophobic groups were grafted onto the xanthan gum molecules. Modified XG was characterized by infrared spectroscopy,the thickening property and degree of substitution of the modified XG with different ratio of acyl chloride to XG were later studied. The effects of concentration,shearing rate,salt,pH and temperature on the thickening properties of modified XG were also discussed. Results showed that when the molar ratio of acyl chloride to XG was 0.4∶1,the thickening property was best,and the thickening property of xanthan gum modified by lauroyl chloride had a great improvement in salt resistance,temperature resistance,acid and alkali resistance.
