摘 要:为了高效合理地利用宝贵的石脑油资源,需要对石脑油中的芳烃进行脱除。相比于吸附法、加氢饱和法等分离方法,目前萃取法仍然是分离石脑油中芳烃的主要方法。本文对国内外石脑油萃取法脱芳烃技术进行了综述,介绍了萃取法分离芳烃的原理、工艺和溶剂的研究进展,着重介绍萃取工艺中的萃取蒸馏和液液抽提工艺以及萃取溶剂中的单一萃取溶剂、复合萃取溶剂和离子液体萃取溶剂,最后对石脑油萃取法脱芳烃的发展前景进行了展望。In order to make efficient and rational use of valuable naphtha resources,it is necessary to remove aromatics from naphtha. At present,extraction is still the main method to separate aromatics from naphtha compared with adsorption method and hydrogenation saturation method. In this paper,the research technology of naphtha extraction dearomatics separation at home and abroad was reviewed. The extraction principle,extraction process and extraction solvent of extraction separation of aromatics were introduced. The extraction process including extraction distillation and liquid-liquid extraction process was introduced emphatically. Then,single extraction solvent,composite extraction solvent and ionic liquid extraction solvent were introduced and compared. Finally,the development prospect of naphtha extraction for aromatics removal was prospected.
