逍遥散加味内服外敷联合耳穴揿针治疗黄褐斑肝郁气结证临床研究  

Clinical Study on Internal and External Application of Modified Xiaoyao Powder Combined with Press-Needle at Auricular Points for Chloasma with Liver Qi Depression Syndrome

摘　　要：目的:观察逍遥散加味内服外敷联合耳穴揿针治疗黄褐斑肝郁气结证的临床疗效。方法:选取140例黄褐斑肝郁气结证患者,按随机数字表法分为A组和B组各70例。A组给予逍遥散加味内服外敷联合耳穴揿针治疗,B组给予维生素C、维生素E治疗,2组均治疗12周。比较2组临床疗效及治疗前后症状评分。结果:A组总有效率为95.71%,高于B组的78.57%(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组皮损面积评分、皮损颜色评分及总分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),A组皮损面积评分、皮损颜色评分及总分均低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:逍遥散加味内服外敷联合耳穴揿针治疗黄褐斑肝郁气结证疗效较好,可有效改善患者的临床症状。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of internal and external application of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with press-needle at auricular points for chloasma with liver qi depression syndrome.Methods:A total of140 cases of patients with chloasma with liver qi depression syndrome were divided into group A and group B according to the random number table method,70 cases in each group.Group A was given internal and external application of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with press-needle at auricular points,and group B was treated with vitamin C and E.Both groups were treated for 12 weeks.The symptom scores before and after treatment and the clinical effects in the two groups were compared.Results:The total effective rate was 95.71%in group A,higher than that of 78.57%in group B(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of lesion area and lesion color as well as the total scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of lesion area and lesion color as well as the total scores in group A were lower than those in group B(P<0.05).Conclusion:Internal and external application of modified Xiaoyao powder combined with press-needle at auricular points has good curative effect for chloasma with liver qi depression syndrome,and can effectively improve clinical symptoms.
