摘　　要：目的:观察何氏消肿止痛膏治疗Pilon骨折术前肿胀的临床疗效及对患者血清白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、C-反应蛋白(CRP)水平的影响。方法:选取50例Pilon骨折术前肿胀患者,按随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组,每组25例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上给予何氏消肿止痛膏治疗。比较2组治疗前后局部肿胀日平均消退率及血清IL-6、CRP水平。结果:治疗后,治疗组局部肿胀日平均消退率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗48 h、96 h,2组血清IL-6、CRP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),治疗组血清IL-6、CRP水平均低于同期对照组(P<0.05)。结论:何氏消肿止痛膏可有效减轻Pilon骨折患者早期炎症反应,达到快速消肿、缩短术前等待时间的目的。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of HE’s Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment for swelling before operation for Pilon fracture and its effect on levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in serum.Methods:A total of50 cases of patients with swelling before operation for Pilon fracture were divided into the treatment group and the control group according to the random number table method,25 cases in each group.The control group was given routine treatment,and the treatment group was additionally treated with HE’s Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment based on the treatment of the control group.Before and after treatment,the local average daily regression rate of swelling and levels of IL-6 and CRP in serum in the two groups were compared.Results:After treatment,the local average daily regression rate of swelling in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment for 48 and 96 hours,the levels of IL-6 and CRP in serum in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of IL-6 and CRP in serum in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:HE’s Xiaozhong Zhitong ointment can effectively relieve the early inflammatory reactions in patients with Pilon fracture,so as to quickly reduce the swelling and shorten the waiting time before operation.
