清热利湿止带方治疗湿热下注型带下病临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察清热利湿止带方治疗湿热下注型带下病的临床疗效。方法:选取湿热下注型带下病97例为研究对象,随机分为试验组49例与对照组48例。试验组采用自拟清热利湿止带方治疗,对照组给予克霉唑阴道片、甲硝唑片等治疗。2组疗程均为7 d,观察比较2组临床疗效、症状改善情况、阴道清洁度、不良反应及复发情况。结果:试验组总有效率为97.96%,对照组为87.50%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组白带色质味异常、口苦而腻、缺乏食欲、尿黄、接触痛等症状消失率高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组阴道清洁度分级优于对照组,经秩和检验,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组不良反应率为2.04%,对照组为29.17%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组复发率为4.08%,对照组为19.05%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:清热利湿止带方可改善湿热下注型带下病患者临床症状及阴道清洁度,且复发率低,不良反应较少。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Qingre Lishi Zhidai prescription on leukorrhea of damp-heat pouring downward type.Methods:A total of 97 patients with leukorrhea of damp-heat pouring downward type were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into the experiment group(49 cases)and the control group(48 cases).The experiment group was treated with self-designed Qingre Lishi Zhidai prescription,and the control group was treated with clotrimazole vaginal tablets and metronidazole tablets.The treatment course of both groups was seven days.The clinical effect,symptom improvement,vaginal cleanliness,adverse reactions and recurrence were observed and compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 97.96%in the experiment group and 87.50%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The disappearance rate of symptoms such as abnormal color,quality and smelling of leucorrhea,bitter mouth and greasy coating,lack of appetite,yellow urine and contact pain in the experiment group was higher than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).The classification of vaginal cleanliness in the experiment group was better than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The rate of adverse reactions was 2.04%in the experiment group and 29.17%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rate was 4.08%in the experiment group and 19.05%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Qingre Lishi Zhidai prescription can improve the clinical symptoms and the vaginal cleanliness in patients with leukorrhea of damp-heat pouring downward type,and the recurrence rate is low,with less adverse reactions.
