摘　　要：介绍吴良村教授巧用沙参麦冬汤治疗乳腺癌内分泌治疗后诸症的经验。吴良村教授认为,乳腺癌内分泌治疗后的临床表现以阴虚为主证;其形成之因多与内分泌药物对肾-天癸-冲任-胞宫的损伤,肾虚则天癸早竭,冲任失调而胞宫失司,亦出现与肝、肾、脾、肺脏相关的类更年期综合征证候。故治疗上当以滋阴为主。提出该病多辨证为阴虚肺热、气阴两虚、肝肾阴亏等证型,当巧用沙参麦冬汤来解其上热、中困、下虚之证,并随证加减。附医案1则为证。This paper introduces the experience of Professor WU Liangcun skillfully using Shashen Maidong tang in the treatment of various symptoms after endocrine therapy of breast cancer.Professor WU Liangcun holds that yin deficiency is the main syndrome clinically after endocrine therapy of breast cancer.The cause is generally related to the damage of endocrine medicine to the kidney-heavenly tenth-thoroughfare and conception vessels-uterus;the kidney deficiency will lead to the early failure of the heavenly tenth,and the disharmony of thoroughfare and conception vessels will result in the dysfunction of the uterus;what’s more,there will be similar climacteric syndrome which is associated with the liver,the kidney,the spleen and the lung.Thus,the main treatment is to nourish yin.It is suggested that the syndromes of the disease are mainly yin deficiency and the lung heat,qi-yin deficiency,and the liver-kidney yin deficiency;therefore,the syndrome of upper heat,middle encumbrance,and lower deficiency should be solved by a subtle application of Shashen Maidong tang which is modified according to different syndromes.A medical case is attached as evidence.
