摘　　要：目的:观察中医情志护理对重症加强护理病房(ICU)患者术后谵妄的临床疗效。方法:选取76例ICU术后谵妄患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组各38例。对照组给予常规护理措施,研究组给予常规护理+中医情志护理。护理后,观察2组谵妄评分、谵妄持续时间的变化以及护理满意度等。结果:观察组护理满意度为97.37%,对照组为89.47%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组谵妄评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组谵妄评分均较治疗前下降(P<0.05),且研究组谵妄评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理干预后,研究组谵妄持续时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:中医情志护理干预ICU患者术后谵妄治疗效果肯定,能有效缓解谵妄状态以及持续时间,提高护理满意度。Objectives:To observe the clinical effect of Chinese medicine emotional nursing on postoperative delirium in patients in intensive care unit(ICU).Methods:A total of 76 cases of patients with postoperative delirium in ICU were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing measures,and the study group received routine nursing and Chinese medicine emotional nursing.After nursing,the changes of scores and duration of delirium,and nursing satisfaction were observed.Results:The nursing satisfaction was 97.37%in the observation group and 89.47%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference being found in the comparison of the scores of delirium between the two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of delirium in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of delirium in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the duration of delirium in the study group was shorter than that in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Chinese medicine emotional nursing intervention on patients with postoperative delirium in ICU has obvious curative effect,which can effectively alleviate delirium and reduce the duration of delirium,enhance nursing satisfaction.
