摘　　要：介绍张东岳教授治疗不完全性肠梗阻的经验。张东岳教授认为不完全性肠梗阻的病机为气机阻滞,热结肠腑,以"肠络瘀阻"为病机核心,采用行气开郁、泻热软坚、活血化瘀之法,以调胃承气汤为基础,创拟"肠结通方"的经验方,并以此方为基础审证求因,辨病与辨证相结合,治疗不完全性肠梗阻。This paper introduces Professor ZHANG Dongyue’s experience in the treatment of incomplete intestinal obstruction.Professor ZHANG Dongyue believes that the pathogenesis of incomplete intestinal obstruction is qi movement obstruction and heat bind in the intestinal bowel,and takes"intestinal collateral stasis"as the core of the pathogenesis.Based on Tiaowei Chengqi tang,by adopting methods of moving qi and relieving depression,draining heat and softening hardness,and invigorating blood and dissolving stasis,he creates an empirical prescription called Changjietong prescription,which is applied as a basis for syndrome differentiation to determine disease cause and combines with disease differentiation and syndrome differentiation,to treat incomplete intestinal obstruction.
