摘  要:300MVA脉冲发电机是中国HL-2M装置的主要供电电源,为了能够满足放电要求,对脉冲发电机组的起动装置滑差调节器进行了研究。基于绕线异步电动机的电气特性,采用电动机转子外接液体电阻的的方式起动机组。计算了在采用不同电流起动时液体电阻的大小以及起动时间,计算了电阻碱液流量及容量以及冷却水流量。根据恒电流起动方式提出了控制策略。确定了滑差调节器的液阻大小、碱液箱容积、碱液流量以及冷却水流量。对三相液体电阻值进行了测量及调整,以确保机组起动时电动机电流波动很小。调试结果表明,设计的滑差调节装置是可行的,可以为大功率高压电动机滑差调节装置的设计提供参考。In order to meet the discharge requirements, starting device of slip regulator of the 300 MVA pulse generator set on HL-2 M tokamak is studied. Based on the electrical characteristics of the wound asynchronous motor, the set is started by means of an external liquid resistor to the rotor of motor. The size of the liquid resistance and the starting time were calculated when different currents were used for starting, and the flow rate and capacity of the resistive lye and the flow rate of the cooling water were calculated. The control strategy was proposed according to the constant current starting method. The size of the liquid resistance of the slip regulator,the volume of the lye tank, the flow rates of the lye and the cooling water were determined. The three-phase liquid resistance was measured and adjusted to ensure that the motor current fluctuated very little when the unit was started. The commissioning results show that the designed slip adjustment device is feasible and can provide a reference for the design of slip adjustment device for high power high voltage motors.
