摘 要:根据HL-2M装置物理实验加热的需求,完成了总功率为8MW的电子回旋共振加热及电流驱动(ECRH/ECCD)系统设计,开展了波源、传输及天线等关键部件研制。8MWECRH/ECCD系统,由8套105GHz/1MW/3s波源系统、8条内径为63.5mm的真空传输线及三套极向实时可控的发射天线构成。目前,已完成ECRH/ECCD系统关键部件研制及其相关的桌面与高功率性能测试。测试结果表明,微波源回旋管输出微波功率达到;MW/3s,在真空度为10-2Pa的过模波纹圆波导传输线中能低耗稳定传输,发射天线极向全量程角度转动响应时间在50ms以内。According to heating requirements of HL-2 M physical experiments, the electron cyclotron resonance heating and current driven(ECRH/ECCD) system with a total power of 8 MW was designed. Key components, such as wave source, transmission lines and antennas were developed. The 8 MW ECRH/ECCD system consists of 8 sets of 105 GHz/1 MW/3 s wave source systems, 8 vacuum transmission lines with 63.5 mm inner diameter and 3 sets of real-time feedback control antennas. At present, key components for ECRH/ECCD system were finished and the relative desktop and high-power tests were carried out. The results show the output power of the wave source-gyrotron reaches 1 MW/3 s, which can be transported by the evacuated over-mode corrugated circular waveguide transmission line with the vacuity of 10;Pa stably with low power loss, and the response time of the antennas in full range of injection angle in poloidal direction is less than 50 ms.
