摘 要:系统地介绍了HL-2M装置上软X射线阵列系统的工程概念设计、组成部分、关键工艺和技术研制等。根据HL-2M装置的特点(如高温烘烤,真空室空间不足等),在该系统前置放大器设计中采用了很低的失调电压和超低的偏置电流的高速宽带放大电路来降低暗电流和噪声,使得系统适用于较长距离传输的光电前置放大场合,从而首次实现了前置放大器外置于真空室的安装布局。该放大器将大大增强整套软X射线阵列系统在高温烘烤条件下的可靠性。The design of soft X-ray(SXR) system for the HL-2 M tokamak is discussed in detail, including the physical demand of HL-2 M SXR system, the main parts of the system, the key processes, technical development, and so on. According to the characteristics of the device(such as high temperature baking, lack of vacuum chamber space, etc.), a high-speed broadband amplifier with very low offset voltage and ultra-low bias current is used in the preamplifier design, to reduce the dark current and noise. It makes the system suitable for long-distance transmission of photoelectric preamplifier. Thus, the installation of preamplifier outside the vacuum chamber is realized for the first time. This preamplifier will greatly enhance the reliability of the whole system under high temperature baking conditions.
