摘  要:基于Seya-Namioka结构200mm焦距可换光栅,研制了HL-2M真空紫外(VUV)光谱诊断光谱仪。该系统在300~3000A的真空紫外光谱范围具有较高的探测效率,时间分辨优于1μs。经过结构设计、光谱标定和安装调试,单通道VUV光谱仪已成功安装在HL-2M装置中平面窗口。在HL-2M装置初始放电实验中,利用该系统测量到C、O、N等杂质的多条特征谱线,展现出优秀的信噪比和高灵敏度。HL-2 M vacuum ultraviolet(VUV) spectral diagnostic system is developed based a combination of multiple Seya-Namioka spectrometers, each with an exchangeable grating. Due to an optimization in gratings, the wavelength coverage of the whole spectral system is 300? to 3000A with temporal resolution better than 1μs.After structural design and fabrication, spectral calibration and commissioning, a single channel VUV spectrometer was successfully set up in HL-2 M tokamak, viewing horizontally from a midplane port. Spectral lines of impurity species(C, O, N) were observed in HL-2 M first plasma discharges by the spectrometer, which showed excellent signal-to-noise ratio and high sensitivity.
