摘　　要：老龄化背景下,智慧化养老服务为解决严峻的老年人服务问题提供了新思路。聚焦我国智慧化养老服务实践和智慧化养老服务的价值核心,通过文献研究和实证分析,构建以老年人为中心的社会服务革新路径。研究发现:智慧化养老服务实质是以信息技术为内核的互联机制所形成的新平台和新格局,依靠“技术性”互联机制、“技术+老年人”互联机制以及“技术+社会”三种互联机制,构建资源整合、组织协调的智慧化养老服务体系,实现向老年群体提供高质量养老服务的整体性变革,从而形成“智慧居家养老服务”“智慧社区养老服务”“智慧机构养老服务”等服务模式,以期为积极应对我国人口老龄化、破解养老难题提供新的思路。Under the background of an increasing aging population,smart elderly care service provides new insights into solving the grave problems of elderly care service.Focusing on the practice and value core of smart elderly care service in China,this paper builds a reformation path of social service centering on the elderly through literature research and empirical analysis.It is found that smart elderly care service is in essence a new platform and pattern formed by the connectivity mechanism with information technology at its core.Through three connectivity mechanisms such as“technology”“,technology+the elderly”“,technology+society”,smart elderly care service forms a system featuring integrated resources and coordinated organization to achieve the comprehensive reform on providing high-quality elderly care service.Thus,the service evolves into such models as“smart home-based elderly care service”,“smart community-based elderly care service”and“smart institution-based elderly care service”.These models are expected to provide new experience for actively coping with China’s increasing aging population and difficulties in elderly care.
