摘 要:对湖北4个县市、区的柑橘果园产品进行了实地调研,调研内容包括:果园基本概况、果园及附近生态情况、果园病虫害发生及农业投入品使用等,拟研究出一套科学、合理、可操作性强的方法体系,针对湖北省柑橘主产区危害因子风险问题进行评估。结果表明:柑橘产品全部样品中,农药残留检出率91.67%,可见柑橘产品农残风险相对较高。但全部柑橘样品中没有重金属超标样品,重金属风险可控。柑橘投入品样品中,重金属砷超标率为5.56%,铅超标率11.11%。柑橘叶面肥样品中,砷、铅、镉、汞检出率为100%。柑橘叶面肥样品未检出隐性添加生长调节剂。A field investigation was carried out on citrus orchard products in 4 cities in Hubei province,including:the basic overview of the orchard,the ecological conditions of the orchard and its vicinity,the occurrence of orchard pests and the use of agricultural inputs,etc.A scientific,reasonable and operability method system was set to evaluate the risk of hazard factors for the main citrus producing areas in Hubei province.The results showed that in all samples of citrus products,the detection rate of pesticide residues was 91.67%,which shows that the risk of pesticide residues in citrus products is relatively high.The heavy metal in all citrus samples is less than the standard,and the heavy metal risk is controllable.Arsenic and lead exceeded the standard by 5.56%and 11.11%respectively.The detection rate of arsenic,lead,cadmium and mercury in citrus foliar fertilizer was 100%.No recessive growth regulator was detected in citrus foliar fertilizer samples.
