摘 要:针对科研投入产出关系,以C-D生产函数为理论基础建立回归模型,对时间序列数据进行平稳性检验和协整分析,避免了伪回归分析。同时,以R&D经费作为主要的影响因素,分别以专利申请量和论文发表量为被解释变量,构建有限分布滞后模型,研究了基础研究经费、应用研究经费和试验开发经费对科研成果的时滞影响。In view of the relationship between scientific research input and output, a regression model was established based on C-D production function, and the stationary test and cointegration analysis of time series data are carried out to avoid pseudo regression analysis. At the same time, under the condition of R & D expenditure regarded as the main influencing factor and the number of patent applications and the number of papers published regarded as explanatory variables respectively, a finite distribution lag model was constructed to study the lag effect of basic research funds,applied research funds and experimental development funds on scientific research achievements.
