摘　　要：工业互联网平台作为工业全要素、全产业链、全价值链连接的枢纽,是实现制造业数字化、网络化、智能化过程中工业资源配置的核心[1]。工业互联网平台的核心目标是实现工业现场设备的设备连接、数据采集、数据存储、数据分析以及组态设计,向目标客户提供直观的、实时的设备状态展示[2]。同时需满足大规模现场设备的接入要求,提供可动态伸缩的高实时应用服务。本文介绍一种依托于工业互联网平台构建的即云端工业智能装备远程组态运维工具,可以快速实现个性化监控画面设计,面向系统集成商,提供在线功能开发环境,为最终用户快速搭建个性化功能需求。同时可通过开放接口,实现个性化应用的二次开发。For the demand of equipment management,remote operation and maintenance,optimization iteration and so on in the intelligent equipment industry such as heavy machinery and robot,this paper puts forward a reference architecture of industrial Internet platform for intelligent equipment,and introduces the core modules of PaaS Platform on Kubernetes,Micro service architecture and industrial Big Data system based respectively,and safety systems that meet industrial needs.It helps to realize digitalization,networking and intellectualization of intelligent equipment industry,promote the integration,and development of manufacturing industry and Internet,standardize the construction of industrial Internet platform,and provide useful reference for the establishment of industrial Internet platform.
