摘　　要：2019年兰州石化石油化工厂小乙烯高密度聚乙烯装置横河CENTUM-VP DCS系统改造期间,利用CENTUM-VP顺控表逻辑编程,实现高密度聚乙烯装置颗粒料存储、掺混、输送等全自动化工艺流程操作。工艺操作人员只需确定颗粒料存储、掺混、输送目标罐,即可自动完成全流程自动化工序输送,联锁和切换,方便、简单、快捷、高效。In 2019,during the transformation of the CENTUM-VP DCS system of the small ethylene high-density polyethylene unit in Yokogwa of Lanzhou Petrochemical and Petrochemical Plant,the full automation process operation of the granule material storage,mixing and transportation of the high-density polyethylene unit was realized by using the CENTUM-VP logic programming of the running control meter.The process operator only needs to determine the target tank for particle storage,mixing and conveying,then the whole process can be automatically automated conveying,interlocking and switching,which is convenient,simple,fast and efficient.
